I’ve been coming to Advantage PT for about 7 years and have dealt with many of the therapists.  Their approach is great!  They take the time to evaluate you properly and work with you on treatment and exercises. I strongly recommend both the Redmond and Sammamish, WA locations.

Advantage Physical Therapy has a great setup. I have been to other PT places where they have you talk to a PT for a consultation, then hand you off to someone who works with you. Advantage PT is not like that. My physical therapist worked directly with me from assessment through regular exercises. She followed up with me on how I was doing at home and made sure I knew what needed to be done in-between appointments. Overall I recommend Advantage PT to everybody!

After shoulder surgery I was assigned Physical Therapy for 4 months. I am / was very active until my injury and I thought that 4 months of rehab was too much!! Well Ellen Tejara took charge and designed a great progressive regimen of exercises. I could feel my progress every week and always looked forward to my next session. And voilà: total recovery, strength and mobility are back. It was a time we’ll spent and taught me patience. Ellen was very attentive and quick to correct my “bad” moves. I felt very confident in her coaching. Well done!!

My name is Emmett and I am 7 years old. I saw a physical therapist here after I broke my collar bone. My favorite part of PT was all of the exercises I got to do!

Cold laser was painless and I felt results immediately.

I came to PT after having a stress reaction, which had healed, but after being in a boot for 6+ weeks my Achilles was very tight. After returning to soccer I experienced tendonitis. We learned about cold laser so we came to Advantage PT because we knew they had it. The cold laser was painless, and I felt results immediately with the help from scraping and exercises. I had weak hips and terrible balance which along with doing my exercises at home, I came in regularly to work with my physical therapist to get new exercises and focus on the DETAILS! Thank you!

I am back to running 10Ks and half marathons.

I came in with a myriad of injuries to both legs and my hips. With all of this, I had aspirations of running a 10K and half marathon in the same weekend a couple of months out. Sarah is an absolute miracle worker and got my legs in working order such that running 19.3 miles in 24 hours was a breeze! Compared to 2 months prior when running ½ mile would cause extreme pain! Thank you Sarah!

I came to Advantage PT to correct an IT band issue that had me in daily pain. My physical therapist helped me correct the issue and decrease pain within a few short weeks. Since then, we’ve been strengthening my spine and shoulders to help support my spinal fusion. I highly recommend Advantage PT and their staff. Thank you for all of the help.

Awesome atmosphere for recovery.

After having surgery on my left shoulder for tears in my rotator cuff and a torn bicep tendon, I started seeing Rachel for my rehab/therapy. She is very knowledgeable, personable, and funny. With her help, I was able to get to my regular activities in as quick of time as possible. I highly recommend her for rehab/therapy.

And to you personally Rachel, thank you very much for all your help and laughter.

Spent 20 visits with my physical therapist, I can honestly say he was instrumental in my recovery from a ruptured Achilles. I came in barely walking about 6 weeks post surgery and was pushed and pulled to where I am today. I’m able to start hiking again and just accomplished a 5 mile hike last weekend (mild). Everyone at APT is amazing to deal with and very accommodating!

Thank you APT for making an unpleasant situation much more bearable and for helping me immensely with my recovery!

I am back to full strength.

I’ve been through multiple ankle sprains and each time Advantage PT has helped me rehab back to full strength. More recently they began offering laser therapy which has been hugely helpful with my most recent sprain. I hope I don’t have to come back but if so, I’ll be coming back to Advantage PT.
