Sarah Hall
(PT, DPT)
Sarah was born and raised in Great Falls, Montana. She grew up playing all kinds of sports focusing on volleyball and softball in high school. Due to injury, she often worked with her school athletic trainer which led to her interest in the human body and physical therapy. Sarah got her bachelor’s degree in biology at Rocky Mountain College before moving to the PNW to get her doctorate in PT at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma. Sarah has worked in multiple clinics throughout the area and over the years but has been with Advantage PT since 2015 (minus a short stint in Virginia). She treats all kinds of orthopedic conditions and more recently has found her passion for treating the pelvic floor – especially for pregnant and post-partum moms. She believes that each client has their own story and strives to develop a relationship with them to meet their goals and promote lifelong wellness.
Outside the clinic, Sarah lives in Woodinville with her husband, two very active boys, two dogs, and a cat. They are a very sports-oriented family rooting for the Virginia Tech Hokies, the Seahawks, and all the other Seattle sports teams. Between chauffeuring the kids to all their activities, she stays active with Peloton, running, and cross-fit style workouts. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, cooking, crafting, and watching Jeopardy – she hopes to be on the show one day!
