We’re seeking a passionate and driven Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead our Sammamish clinic. Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy License (required)
- 3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience (preferred)
- Previous Clinic Director or leadership experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong manual therapy background or interest in developing these skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and committed to lifelong learning
- Comfortable balancing both clinical and leadership responsibilities
Skills:
- Proven leadership and team-building ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance clinical care with administrative responsibilities
- Experience with (or willingness to learn) EMR and clinic management systems
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Motivated to drive productivity and efficiency while maintaining quality of care
- Adaptable and flexible in a growing practice environment
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of 4 Physical Therapists and 1 patient care coordinator
- Coordinate with ownership and management at our Redmond clinic
- Track and report clinic productivity, outcomes, and performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, schools, and community partners
- Mentor new hires and support staff development
- Provide 90% patient care and 10% management time (with flexibility as needed)
