The 3R Approach

  2. Re-educate: After you have reached your desired level of flexibility and range of motion, your therapist will help you learn how to control that motion by guiding you through golf-specific exercises that encourage your new ways of movement.
  3. Rebuild: Once you feel comfortable and confident with your mobility, your therapist will move on to helping you in becoming stronger. This will allow you to develop a consistent golf swing, which will in turn improve your overall performance.
